We use your data to operate and improve PropScorer, respond to contact form submissions, improve Ask AI answer quality and accuracy, and send important service updates (only if you opt in).

3. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: a language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and essential session cookies. No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with prop firms or advertisers. We use Supabase (database hosting, EU servers), Vercel (website hosting), and OpenAI/Anthropic (AI processing for Ask AI). These services process data on our behalf under strict agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Ask AI queries are stored temporarily and regularly purged. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
